Welcome to the Anna Reynolds School web site, in Newington, Connecticut. We are a school of just over five hundred students, from preschool through grade four. Our dedicated staff strives to attain high academic standards for our students in all areas, with a strong focus on reading, writing and mathematics. Our increased use of technology enhances academic learning and develops essential computer skills. Within an atmosphere of caring, respect and socially responsible behavior, we foster a school community in which all of our children can thrive. Reynolds Respect is a phrase often heard within our school. We work collaboratively with parents to involve them in their children's learning and school activities. The old adage, "It takes a village to educate a child," is so very true, and working together as partners, we are preparing our students for the academic and social challenges they will confront.
