Helpful Hints for Students Grade 5 to 6 1. Ask for help. Do not be scared to do that. 2. Don’t procrastinate on projects. 3. Always pay attention 4. Don’t doubt your capabilities. 5. Switching classes is great. 6. Always be prepared. 7. Be responsible. 8. Don’t change yourself for someone else. 9. Respect everyone. 10. Call a friend if you don’t know the homework or use the homework hotline. 11. Don’t make up excuses. 12. If you don’t understand something, ask for help. 13. Always carry a silent reading book. 14. Don’t whine about the amount of work you get. 15. Don’t get angry with your friends for the smaller things! Shake them off and move on with life. 16. Keep your binder organized because if you don’t then you might lose something important. 17. Listen to your teachers. 18. Make friends but don’t let them deter you from your schoolwork. 19. Have fun!
